Taking Control

Have you tired thinking for yourself or have you been in a period of thinking that you have got to stop being in yourself to avoid doing something wrong and keeping it in your own secret, well having those feelings will make you worst than ever You can't eat well when someone is with you or when someone is watching you and you can't even sleep well at night or daytime in thinking of something good or nice about yourself, sometimes when walking in a place where lots of people are around you, you may feel that all of the people in that place is watching you or staring at you, somehow you may feel uncomfortable in walking step by step you take makes you feel so insecure about how you look, how you walk and about what you do. How can you stop that feelings if you can't even stop yourself from doing bad secrets. You can't stop those hobbies in just one blink or in just one snap and say ''I won't do that again'' you may think it's hard to do but don't think that way, think positive thoughts and positive feelings or emotions. The most important word I know that i used to do or follow is the word ""control'', controlling one's emotion ,might be difficult for you. But if you feel that your kinda blowing up and can't hold on any longer, you may follow this simple tips:


* If you feel hot, go to a cold place or find a spot that you can be alone, a quiet and peaceful place.



*Sit down and try to relax, make yourself comfortable.


*Think of something positive about yourself and forget all of the things that bothers you


*After that you pray to God and talk about your problem to him and tell him to help you about it


*Then start a new life and a new ways, and take control of everything
